  21. I have a Spectrum (older & slower than CV64) on an 040/25 system.  It
  22. feels about as fast in 256 colors as AGA does in maybe 2 colors.  It
  23. feels about as fast in 16-bit as AGA does in maybe 4 or 8 colors.
  24. 24-bit, however, is slow - maybe comparable to AGA in 32 colors.  But it
  25. is difficult to say because one often runs a graphics card at much
  26. higher resolutions than AGA can be used at.
